Connect with your inner peace



We usually talk about inner peace or calm as something which we need to create or bring in our lives from an external source, through a person, an achievement or an activity. In reality, these elements are always inside of us as they are parts of the truth of who we are.


If we can only remember how as children we were usually satisfied by just being rooted in the moment, we’ll see how we always have had this inner peace somewhere inside and we could tap into it naturally. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What seems to make us lose the contact with this part of ourselves, is the obstacles and limitations which we put on top of our internal peace and calm and as a result we create our experience to be around the unhelpful beliefs we have adopted which make us feel stuck. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ These layers that seem to block the access to our natural peaceful state, have been built throughout the years of us growing up and the main reason why they are there is for us to look at, process and let them go. When we go past the veil of fears and uncomfortable emotions which don’t let us see clearly, we can then experience our peaceful state which is always there, ready for us to access. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Just like the sun, at times clouds seem to cover it, but when the clouds dissolve, we realise that the sun was always there, shining. ☀️✨
